Account data: Email address (via authentication
provider). We do not store passwords directly.
Wallet address: Your blockchain wallet address, used
for payments and creator payouts.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, export
history. Used to improve the platform.
Scene data: Compositions you create are stored to
enable saving and loading. Your scenes are private unless you explicitly publish them.
We do not collect: real names (unless you provide one voluntarily), phone numbers, physical addresses, payment card details, or biometric data. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
To provide and operate the platform. To process Stock transactions. To display your creator profile (if you publish effects). To send critical service notifications. To improve platform performance and stability.
All Stock transactions, creator payments, and Sanki burns are recorded on a public blockchain. This data is permanent, public, and cannot be deleted by anyone – including us. Transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and payment amounts are visible to anyone. This is by design: it enables trustless verification.
Account authentication is handled by a third-party provider (Firebase Authentication). Their privacy policy applies to the authentication process. We receive only the minimum data needed to identify your account (email, unique ID).

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Scene data and creator profiles are deleted upon account deletion. On-chain data remains permanent.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via our social channels or through the platform. Note: on-chain data cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain technology.
Enpixelment is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform.
